DYNA2GAMS is distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution- NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International Public License, and is free of charge for non-commercial use throughout the year 2022 at least. It is based on Regina Rexx Interpreter, which is distributed under the terms of the GNU Library General Public License Version 2.
For proper functioning of DYNA2GAMS, you will need to have GAMS 32- or 64-bit installed. GNUPLOT is recommended but not mandatory. So is OCTAVE or MATLAB.
DYNA2GAMS has been tested on Windows 10 64-bit but should work on any 64-bit Windows version.
